Revenue Share Fee for Liquefied Petroleum Gases for 2023 has been Determined in accordance with EMRA Resolution
The Resolution of the Energy Market Regulatory Authority ("EMRA") dated December 22, 2022 and numbered 11483 has been published on the Official Gazette dated December 24, 2022 and numbered 32053.
Pursuant to this resolution, at the meeting of EMRA, it was decided to determine the revenue share fee for 2023 in the Liquefied Petroleum Gases (LPG) Market as TRY 35.67/ton in accordance with Article 16 of the Petroleum Market Law Numbered 5015 and Article 40 of the Liquefied Petroleum Gases (LPG) Market License Regulation.
