The shareholders of a joint stock company have shareholding rights on the shares they hold in the company, and when a pledge is established on a share, this pledge will also be established on the shareholding rights.

In 2018, a ban on agreements in foreign currency was introduced to protect the Turkish Lira. Many difficulties were encountered in practice. Many amendments were made with the new communiqué having published in April 2022.

The Communiqué on the International Arbitration Fee Schedule  prepared by the Ministry of Justice of Turkey has been published in the Official Gazette dated March 11, 2023, and numbered 32129.
 

The income of the new foundation consists of its foundation assets, rent and similar income, if any, its securities, the income of the economic enterprises or companies it owns, the partnerships' profits, and donations and aids.
